We no longer sell any replacement glass, lenses, globes, diffusers etc or items contained in parts bags. such as screws, nuts, finials etc. However, we do sell various accessory parts that are listed on our web site.
If you purchased your fixture from our store Progress Lighting Outlet and it arrived with broken glass or missing parts and it has been less than 30 days since delivery, please reply to the shipping notification email with tracking number you received so that we may send out replacement glass or missing parts bags. Please refer to our policy on items damaged in shipping on our FAQS and Store Policies page
If you purchased your fixtures from another store or website, and it arrived with broken glass or missing parts, please contact the store or website where where you bought them.
Although we do not currently sell replacement glass, lenses, globes, glass shades, diffusers or items included in parts bags such as finials, capnuts, screws etc. , many other items people consider to be parts are actually accessories that are for sale on our website. These would include various track, recessed lighting and landscape lighting parts along with chain, pendant stem kits, fan down-rods and transformers.
First, please look in the Accessories Category and then select the various subcategories from the menu on the left, to narrow down your search

If you cannot find the part you are looking for at the above links, please use the main SHOP BY CATEGORY menu at the top of each page and select the proper category your fixture belongs to. Accessories, if available, will be listed on the left hand navigation menu in the Collections drop down box,of that particular category.
Unfortunately, if you cannot find what you are looking for on our web site, we do not sell it.
