(unfortunately) hard to come by; I received a follow-up call within a
half-hour of my internet order - wow! The employee I spoke with (I'm
sorry I did not get her name) was courteous, and she provided me with
the shipping schedule. I received my order today just as she said I
would. Conducting business via the internet can be impersonal, but you
folks have hired the people that keep it personal. THANK YOU!! I

I was very impressed with how quickly the order shipped, and that no items were back ordered. Nancy has been very responsive to my questions, further building my confidence. It really has been a no hassle experience. Case in point: We are actually using two of the chandeliers that shipped in my order since they are still on back order (for the past 3 weeks) from our contractor! He now knows about your website as well.
