Safe Shopping Guarantee
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, ProgressLighting.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. ProgressLighting.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ProgressLightingOutlet.com while using the ProgressLighting.com secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Order Cancellations
We are able to quickly refund any purchase from the ProgressLightingOutlet.com site from the time your order is placed until before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has been shipped before you’ve cancelled, please email us for return instructions when your products are received by you. We will issue the credit when we receive the order back in our warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product(s), please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
Product Returns
Unlike other online lighting stores, Progress Lighting Outlet has no restocking charges on current non-discontinued items! Please do not call for returns. You must email customerservice@progresslightingoutlet.com with your name, order number and items you wish to return, to request a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and return instructions.
Fixtures may be returned to our distribution center via UPS, or trucking company, provided the product is a current Progress Lighting SKU #, unused, repacked into its original box, packaging, all instructions and accessories. Upon confirmation of return to our warehouse, you will be credited for the amount of the fixture minus the value of free shipping (if any).
Close Outs, Clearance and Discontinued Product Returns
All items must be returned within 10 business days after the date of receipt, to avoid restocking fees.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse as well as the value
of any free shipping if applicable. Please follow our RGA procedures to arrange for return
of items in this category. Items received after 10 business days after date of receipt, will be subject
to a 25% restocking fee. No returns allowed on Discontinued or Close Outs / Clearance items
after 30 days from receipt of items

Defective Items or Shipping Damage
Defective fixtures will exchanged for the exact same model at no additional charge to you. For items damaged in shipping we will send out replacement glass or parts. DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT. Please reply to our shipping notification email with the UPS tracking numbers of your order and we will process it right away. For any product received that is not the product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of the return.
